New larger plates equipped to handle any router!  All of our Bench Dog (black) aluminum router plates are a full 8-1/4" x 11-3/4" x 1/4" - the perfect size for any router and all of our new tables! Every heavy-duty aluminum plate includes an insert with a 1-1/2" bit opening, plate-locking bolts for our new leveling and locking system (Shown at right), and router-mounting hardware. And now, finding the right plate is easy! Just locate the Group your router belongs to (see overview) and select a table package with a plate pre-drilled for that Group. If your router is not listed, choose from the Standard (3-1/4" insert opening) or Large (3-11/16" insert opening) blank-plate options and drill custom mounting holes. ProFence benefits

A heavy-duty one-piece aluminum frame is fully machined on the front and bottom surfaces, ensures that your ProFence is flat, true and square. The MDF sub-fences adjust without tools, perfect for zero clearance setup. ProFence also comes with a heavy-duty bit guard and a 2-1/2" diameter dust collection port. |
EZ-Load Universal T-tracks accept 1/4" and 5/16" t-bolts as well as 1/4" hex bolts - perfect for hold-downs, stops, and other accessories like the Feather-Loc featherboard. |
ProTop benefits: - At 23-1/4" x 31-1/2" x 3/4" thick, it will handle almost any-sized job.
- With an 8-1/4" x 11-3/4" plate opening, it accepts Bench Dog's heavy-duty aluminum router plates and can house virtually any router.
- Two side-by-side accessory tracks allow you to use standard miter gauges as well as any accessory with 1/4" t-bolts, 5/16" t-bolts, or 1/4" hex-bolts.
- A 10-point plate leveling and locking system brings the router plate (not included) flush with the table's surface and prevents it from moving while cutting.
Dual Track includes a standard miter track, as well as a Universal T-track, which accepts 1/4" t-bolts, 5/16" t-bolts, and 1/4" hex bolts. |
